How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds hit your card within 3–5 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the bottle arrived damaged or you got the wrong item, we cover it. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is on you — we'll send a label and deduct it from the refund.
What if I lost my order number?
No worries — just include the email you used at checkout and we'll find you in our system.
I used some of the bottle — can I still return it?
Yes. We'd rather know it didn't work than have you stuck with it. Just be honest in your note and we'll work it out.
How long do I have to return?
30 days from the day your order was delivered. After that, get in touch anyway — we still try to help where we can.
