After Dough

about your bottle

TWO LABELS, ONE FORMULA

We changed our name from Dissolve My Dough to After Dough. We still have bottles wearing the original label, so your order can arrive with either one. The liquid inside is exactly the same.

  • SAME FORMULA
  • SAME 8 OZ BOTTLE
  • SAME PRICE

you might get this one

the short version

ALMOST EVERYTHING IS IDENTICAL

Identical on both bottles

  • The formula. The same plant-based enzymes, mixed to the same recipe.
  • The bottle. The same 8 oz (237 ml) amber glass with the black pump.
  • The kraft label stock, and the little whisk and bowl at the top of it.
  • The price.
  • The two of us, still mixing and signing off every batch.

Different on the new label

  • The name. Dissolve My Dough became After Dough.
  • The label artwork and the colors on it.
  • The wording under the three icons, which we explain just below.

the fine print

THE SAME THREE PROMISES, WORDED DIFFERENTLY

The row of little icons along the bottom of the label says something slightly different on each version. Here is what each pair means, side by side.

No harsh chemistry in the bottle, on either version.

Enzyme powered

QUESTIONS WE ARE ACTUALLY GETTING

Did I get an old bottle?

No. Both versions are filled with the same formula at the same time. When the new name landed we still had bottles wearing the original label, ready to go. Sending them to bakers rather than throwing them away was an easy decision.

Can I choose which label I get?

Not while both are on the shelf, and we are sorry to be dull about it. We pick whichever bottle is nearest. Either way you are getting the same product.

Does the original one work the same?

Yes. The formula never changed, so it behaves exactly the same on the same messes.

How do I know my bottle is genuine?

Both of ours are 8 oz (237 ml) amber glass with a black pump and a kraft paper label, with a whisk in a bowl drawn at the top. If anything about yours looks off, send us a photo and we will sort it out.

Why does this page live at dissolvemydough.com?

Because that was our address for a long time, and quietly redirecting it felt like pretending the change never happened. We kept it, and we use it to explain.
